Short but sweet.
I needed to put money down as a deposit for escrow towards the new house that I’m trying to purchase Currently, however, I was short $1500 so I scrounged around and was able to manage to get some money together. I get home to recount the money and I knew that it was $1500 that I needed so in my own head I knew that that’s what I had. However as I counted the money I came up with $1400, I say how can that be, there is no way. So I counted again and I must have counted at least 7 different times each time coming up with $1400. And trust me I can count. But I refused to believe the idea that there was only $1400. I insisted in my mind and had faith that there was $1500 and I took a deep breath and I said I’m going to count one more time and there’s gonna be $1500 and sure enough there was $1500. Exactly what I needed to complete the $5000.
