I’ve had psoriasis and eczema for a long time. It was truly embarrassing, we’ve tried any and everything to make this disappear. It affected my face, back, breasts and some other visible parts of my body, it was truly disturbing.
I bought creams, went to consult a dermatologist. It went well he prescribed to me some drugs that I had to drink and a cream I had to apply on my face… It worked for a while and then It came back. I was really DISAPPOINTED AND ASHAMED.
Luckily I found neville but deeply I didn’t think saying affirmations or living in the end could work, but I decided to give it a try.. I mean why not? I had nothing to lose on the contrary it was at my advantage.
So, last two weeks I’ve been affirming and also I added some afformations. Every day I was speaking to my skin, saying beautiful things I wanted to see.

– I have a beautiful skin.
I kept it simple but efficient.
I have seen drastic changes. My skin has gotten so clear. The eczema is gone so is the psoriasis too. You can’t know how happy i am right now. I have struggled and battled with this for so long.
