Mental Diet and why it´s a MUST (Nov, 2019)

What I have been noticing a lot is the struggle that people have to bring about their manifestations. They are apparently doing everything but they still don´t see results. What can not be right! Why? Because you always manifest! Every second and every minute of the day!- I know, I repeat myself here …again and again, but it seems to be necessary. Most people just don´t pay attention to this very important fact!

So back to not seeing any results. This is not true! What you are not seeing are the results of the things you want! You are not seeing your desires manifest, but results are there all the time. What do I mean by that? Your thoughts are creating all the time! So the results you end up seeing are those of your negative or limiting self-talk, which are clearly not what you want. BUT in manifesting what you WANT it does not matter, if your focus does not match it. You can want your desire as badly as you can, but if you entertain limitations that´s what you will end up manifesting.

Let me explain it here a little more.

So you probably have a nightly or daily routine, where you take a specific time- mostly it´s about 20min – 2 hours I assume- where you do your SATS (state akin to sleep), imagination, meditation or any other manifesting technique you use to focus on your desire. During that process, you probably are very successful and soaking into the feeling of having your desire and living in the end (the wish fulfilled). Then you either drift off into your great night’s sleep or get up and start your day.

Now we have nailed down how your routine might look like or the time invested for your manifesting technique. Let´s say throughout the day it´s 10% where you consciously focus on the feeling of your desire and get into that state of having what you want. BUT if the other 90% of the day you are on autopilot and let your thoughts flow as they like without filtering anything. You were having limiting thoughts about your job, a co-worker, probably argued with someone, complained about the missing manifestation, etc. and all of that you are playing out in your head- or worse looking for support in other people to agree with your reaction to that frustrating encounter. This way you probably end up 30mins or so talking about that limitation and even more time thinking about it and maybe also texting someone about it. Sometimes you are still passionately entertaining something that happened days or even weeks ago- let alone months or years! Those reactions are still very active in you- except for those moments when you have your focus on what you want.

You could also be one of those people, who don´t fall into the above example but still keep saying things like “It never works for me” or “I´ve tried it all, but I´m not getting what I want!” or “It´s easy for you but not for me!” or “I can not do this!”, “It´s so much work!”, etc. These statements are all manifestations that guarantee you stay on that path of not seeing your desired results. Every time you finish a negative thought or allow a limitation of any kind full expression without stopping it in its tracks, you are creating it in your experience.

This is why mental diet is very important. It gives you back the power of your mind and thus the control of your creations. With mental diet you learn to monitor your thoughts and speaking. You no longer accept every thought and become aware of every limiting way of thinking and revise it to avoid its manifestation.

The first few days might seem a bit challenging, but soon you will notice the ease of it. You will feel amazed as to how calm your mind becomes and how relaxed you feel going forward. Things that bothered you, no longer have an effect on you.

What is mental diet?

Mental diet is to change the negative inner conversations into positive ones and by doing so gain control over your creations.

How long should one be on mental diet?

Some say 7 days others 21 days, but I personally would say make it a habit and never stop.

However, should you decide to practice it for a certain time frame make sure to be honest with yourself and restart the days should you fall back.- The key is to be on the mental diet for some time straight.

Once you experience full control over your life, you will not want to return to the victim mentality. You will want to always keep that power.

Stop the blame on circumstances or other people, all of them are only in your experience because of your creation.
